  • Daily order volume (optional)
  • Message content (optional)
  • IP address and browser information, processed only for abuse prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile

3. Why we collect it

Your data is used only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry about ShipperOne
  • Schedule demos and provide onboarding support
  • Prevent spam, abuse, and automated submissions

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on:

  • Your explicit consent when submitting the contact form
  • Our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and protecting our services from abuse

5. Third-party processors

We use the following service providers:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, CDN, and Turnstile bot protection. Data may transit through Cloudflare's global infrastructure.
  • Mailgun (EU region) — delivery of contact form emails to our mailbox.

Both providers are GDPR-compliant and operate under appropriate data processing agreements.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the EU GDPR and Serbian data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs)

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived, session-only identifier used exclusively for bot protection — no cross-site tracking.

9. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Emails are delivered via Mailgun EU with TLS encryption.
